Short 40cm lengths can avoid the need for multiple cuts, for longer straight installations D-Line 1-meter trunking lengths are also available.
  • D-Line cable cover is supplied with an effective self adhesive backing for easy peel & stick installation. A range of most popular D-Line Clip-Over accessories supplied per pack, Clip-Over accessories simply snap fit over the wire hider lengths, forgiving any imprecise cuts or measurements.
  • D-Line's paintable wall cable covers are popular to; conceal cables (up to 12mm diameter) above skirting boards - with the half round profile appearing as the natural top section, to hide cables coming from wall mounted TVs, keeping cables on the surface makes it easier to add or remove cables at a later date.
  • D-Line's cable management solution has a one-piece hinged lid which can be opened and closed as many times as required. One-piece design results in only one cut if shorter wire cover lengths are needed.

4 x Clip-Over Flat Bends - Change direction by 90º on flat surfaces.

2 x Clip-Over External Bends - Join lengths around 90º outside corners.

2 x Clip-Over Internal Bends - Join lengths around 90º inside corners.

2 x Clip-Over Equal Tee - Use to join 3 lengths of same profile.

9 x Smooth-Fit Couplers - Join 2 lengths of same profile on flat surface.

Decorative Half Round Profile

The decorative half round profile of D-Line trunking subtly blend with decor.

Smooth-Fit Connector

D-Line Trunking is supplied with smooth-fit connectors which fit securely inside trunking lengths, leaving a smooth flush finish.

Applied Self-Adhesive Backing

One-piece design with hinged lid

Patented hinge click-lock lid for easy handing and installation. One-piece design avoids need to cut base & lid separately, with hinged lid for easy cable access. Hinged lid can be opened and closed as many times as required.

Paintable

D-Line Trunking is fully paintable for the perfect finish. To paint; simply key the surface with a fine sandpaper & apply two coats of paint.

  1. Measure cable cover to required size, pencil mark where cut will be made.
  2. Use a junior hacksaw (minimum 32tpi) to cut length at outer edge of pencil mark.
  3. Remove protective film cover
  4. Peel & stick self-adhesive backing to a clean dry surface. Alternatively, channels can be drilled & fixed. Take care when positioning lengths, as adhesive does create a strong bond
  5. Open hinged lid to add cables
  6. Snap lid shut, utilizing the effective 'click-lock' lid
  7. The tabs of D-Line accessories simply clip-over raceway lengths, forgiving any imprecise cuts or measurements
